The scale has moved down but I don't see any difference in how my clothes are fitting or how I look... Guess we'll see when we take July's picture!

Definitely a weekend thing. For instance I was just thinking what to have for dinner and thought, "Hey, it's Friday nigh,t we should order a pizza!" Aghh! (I did find that if we order pizza, it works well if my husband orders whatever he wants and I order a personal pan pizza. That way, I can't keep eating after my pizza…

I started June at 170 and wanted to be 160 by the end. I am happy to announce that as of this morning I was 161 :) I think I'm going to make it!!!

For some reason, I find it almost impossible to workout at home. I really like the bodyrock workouts or actually, since they've replaced the original girl, the Zwow workouts (they're only 10 minutes!!!) but I just can't bring myself to workout at home. Thanks for the insight though, I never thought about keeping a calendar!

I like to weigh myself everyday but I haven't now for a week! I hope to be able to stay away from the scale until July 1st. It does seem weird that you haven't even moved an ounce though... Maybe your scale is broken lol. Don't let it get you down, just keep eating well and working out :)

Going to the gym to do my usual elliptical routine then going to walk around the farmer's market, finding healthy yummy produce and eggs :)

I'm starting at 170 as of this morning and want to be 160 by the end of June. I used to have my goal set at 140 but I'm being optimistic and I moved it to 130! I just don't want my BMI to classify me as Obese anymore!

For those of you that take it, do you take it with meals? I have the capsules but I haven't tried it. PCOS here, too!
