  • Most gyms offer a free one week membership. Exercise there for a week. If you like it join, if not keep looking. There are so many styles of gyms that there will be one that you like.

  • I am so happy I found this group. I'm in on a 10/1 start date. This is my second go round but I only did 60 days the first time. I want to finish the full 90 days this time and start the New Year off right. YAY!
