I am a vegetarian that is wondering if anyone has any good recipes that are gluten free. I can not eat gluten and I am always looking for others like me. Hope there is someone else out there.

P90x is a 12 disk workout system that is 90days. You workout every day. you can look it up online. Just type in p90x. what are you eating? You need to make sure that you are getting the right amount of carbs/proteins and fats

you should keep a log and see when you start to crave the sugar. Try to eat something with a lot of protein in it.

they are good with Some pinenuts and and a bit of spray butter. Steam them first and than add the butter and Pinenuts.

If you have a membership to costcos they have a realy yummy salsa that is a tropical blend. after the samon is done cooking put some on top and serve it with a wild rice and some salad. It is great. It give it a sweet taste.
