  • just like a lot of others have said - c25k. i tried at 280 pounds and made it up to week 4 or 5. now, at 230 pounds, i can now run over 30 minutes straight (it's VERY slow, mind you), but my endurance is up way higher than i ever thought possible :)
  • after 4 attempts i finally "finished" c25k this summer. i really don't consider myself finished though because i'm not up to the 3 miles in 30 minutes yet BUT the fact that i can run 3 miles straight AT ALL pretty much blows my mind...once i can do 3.2 miles in 30 minutes or less than i can really say that i've made it.…

  • good work! last week i was on week 5 myself...the 20 minute run was tough, but i found the 10 minute runs with 3 minute walks in between even tougher! argh!! but, i pulled through. next up is the 25 minute straight. i'm scared!!! haha... keep up the great work! i'm right there with ya!
