  • I have a Fitbit Zip and love it. Getting it directly from the company was worth it for me. I had one malfunction for me after a few months of use and the company switched it out for me with no trouble at all. One year later and my clip broke. Again they replaced the clip with no trouble at all. I love how it syncs…
  • I have been through two pregnancies, both delivered via C-section. I now have an almost 4 year old and a 2 1/2 year old. I got down to my pre-pregnancy weight both times and am now currently 5 pounds UNDER my pre-pregnancy weight. It was more difficult to lose the weight after having kids than before but it IS possible.…
  • Yes, I do this. I eat 1400 during the week and around 2000 on the weekends, and I've maintained for 3 months.
  • Absurdley expensive, not very impressive taste, and customer service was a pain to deal with when trying to cancel. I sometimes make shakes with Amazing Grass http://www.amazon.com/Amazing-Grass-Chocolate-17-1-Ounce-Container/dp/B0038B1EOY/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1396027416&sr=1-1&keywords=amazing+meal which is a…

  • Yes it's possible. I breastfed my daughter for a year and ran a marathon when she was 6 months, so I was training that whole time. • I've found "Circuit Training" to be a pretty close estimate of calorie burns when I compaired it to my heart rate monitor.
  • Ohhh, I need to try this!
  • I'm waiting on my heart rate monitor to come in the mail. In the meantime, I log each workout as Circuit Training. For me Pure Cardio burned about 311 calories.
  • Yes, I'm on week 2 and my lower back is pretty sore. I've noticed I have to be very careful with my form, especially when doing all the plank form exercises. When I get tired my back wants to sink low and it twinges. I just focus on keeping good form and doing less reps if I'm tired.
  • Hey Kate, I'm also a RN and love using MFP to stay in shape. Being a nurse, I'm serious about my health and I log my calories and fitness daily. I was also born in Milwaukee. Great city! Add me if you're interested!
  • I would love to be added please!
