People doing Insanity, ho do you enter it into the exercise part of the diary? Its not an actual option on it so what should I put it under?

I've found "Circuit Training" to be a pretty close estimate of calorie burns when I compaired it to my heart rate monitor.

Hi there- if you are following the calorie guidelines set up in the Insanity nutrition guide that comes with the program, you aren't supposed to eat back your exercise calories. I make a note of how many I burned in my exercise notes section, but the nutrition guide factors your working out into the final number.

I track everything. I created the exercise: "Insanity - Pure Cardio & Abs". 60 Min. for 800 Calories (Or whatever your numbers are.)

I used this site to help calculate the calories.

    Good luck
  • duplicate? And I only have the dvds because my mom lost all of the other stuff before she gave them to me. Is there a way I can get the things I am missing from it? I found the fit test tracker and the schedule online and printed it out
