I found when my daughter was in the hospital I gained more weight then when i was pregnant with her. Don't give up on your weightloss. you will have weeks where the scale tends not to move but it will happen. Keep logging and keep working out.

I had lost 20lbs so I decided to take a picture to show myself that compared to my week 1 pictures I had lost wieght.

yep all the time. When i look in the mirror all I see if a fat blob. The only reason i have not gotten too discouraged is I took a picture of myself 27lbs ago and I compare the pictures to current ones in same pose. I hate looking in the mirror.

i am a 40DD right now I would love to go to a C cup. If they don't shrink with weight loss I am thinking about seeing if I can get them reduced. I know our insurance will cover it as long as I can show they are causing problems. Right now I suffer from tension headaches that start in my shoulders.

I am trying really hard to stop drinking soda. Most of the time i only drink water. I carry a bottle of water with me every where I go. I am a pepsi addict and can not stand the taste of diet soda only the real stuff will do.
