  • Not one of you has added me yet... :( sob
  • Touche :) Okay definitely George then
  • 1) I weigh much less than I used to 2) My clothes fall off 3) I used to do crash diets but have done it properly now so I may only be 6 lbs lighter than this time last year (I was doing a crash diet last summer) but I actually look toned and healthy this time rather than gaunt 4) I'm going on holiday to Kefalonia on Monday!
  • Salut! I won't try and speak more French as I'll embarrass myself. Can barely speak English. :) Welcome to MFP! Good luck
  • I've just finished Insanity but am doing them still just randomly. As said, it takes time for results to come. I know women get it harder as the 'shock' to your body of the craziness of Insanity could be causing water retention. If you eat clean, eat often, drink lots of water and really give your all in Insanity - you'll…
  • I've got ball soup down in London. Add me
  • Personally, I wouldn't get too hung up on being super exact on your BMR. Why? Because when you come to logging food and exercise, are you really *really* going to be super exact on that too? Actual calorie burn during exercise (net of your normal 'at rest' calorie burn) is also an estimate based on height/weight/age/sex.…
  • Amen to that. And one day, like it or not, this baby will be the monarch of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth. So it is a big 'thing'. I put a bet on 'boy' and either 'George' or 'Henry'. They tend to stick to the same group of names and they've not had one of those in a few generations. :)
  • I wait for that day patiently... *sits and nibbles on popcorn* *remembers what type of forum this is* *sits and nibbles on carrot sticks*
  • I want a six pack, can you help me with that? :) lol Glad you are back in the MFP family! Best of luck achieving your final half on that sig-tracker of yours
  • Oh come on, I can see it a mile off. See that big pouch of belly fat in the first picture? That has most definitely gone. You were slender to start with so your 13 lb fat loss has been able to come off of that toughest of areas: THE BELLY Congratulations, you were gorgeous before and now you're fit and gorgeous :)
  • Hello, welcome, etc :) You have taken the first step in a very great, long, fantastical journey! I felt like you too but I started doing a Beachbody program, joined a Facebook group and joined MFP. Now all I ever read are motivational comments, suggestions and tips. My life is filled with "YOU CAN FRICKIN DO THIS", "I'M…
  • Good God. Reading the comments and looking at the picture of the hot lady saying it.... It's too much for a Friday morning *goes to fan off*
  • Judging from your picture.... GO CRAZY
  • Congratulations on your success! I really hope you keep pushing towards your goal :) Feel free to add me too!!!!
  • Congratulations! You definitely 'brought it' :) I'm going to do the Focus T25 program when I return from my summer holidays (I leave on Monday for a week or so). YOU CAN DO IT :D
  • It's okay, I've used the internet before ;) But now I'm scared...
  • I've noticed that you've already deactivated your account... tut tut. I hope that you reactivate under a new name, see this old thread of yours and hang your head in shame! :-p We all need the support of each other! Come back!!
  • Hmm mine is a little bit old now but not far off in weight terms. I think "BMI" can go do one, I've set 24 lbs but will stop when it 'looks' right Although we can only see your face, it certainly doesn't show the signs of overweightness... hmmm! 72lbs to go? Seriously? Cereal? lol..
  • Good luck! Can't believe you were chased by pitchforks to start with haha... I'd just be careful that you don't do your muscles damage, they need time to repair after what is obviously an intense workout. The 'feeling it' is obviously a good sign that muscle is tearing and building, you just don't want to tear it *too*…
  • "Flowf87 does not have any friends yet." aww :(
  • Only if you help me Exactly the same boat and mind set haha....
  • It's my initials... boringgggg
