Hello I'm Scott I have 24lbs (roughly) to lose I'm not sure exactly how much I have to lose because the BMI result is obviously ridiculous. It says I have 3 stone to lose I'd look ill if I were 3 stone lighter... So I've gone for a nice round 200 lbs goal weight, just under 2 stone away
