I haven't tried Hip Hop Abs, but I love Rockin' Body! I lost 20lbs with it, and it was a great way to get back into exercising! I love dance though and it is a dance based workout! I just pull it back into a low pony tail, I find its the only thing that will hold! It's annoying sometimes... but nothing else stays up, and I hate having to re-adjust my hair mid-workout!

I was told at a store that roughly every 15-20lbs you will lose a size, however, I've only lost 23lbs and I've gone from a 8-10 in sizing to a 2-4, doesn't make sense, really I think it comes down to your body type and where you have dropped the weight..

I actually picked these up last week. So far so good, I do feel better - though I also picked up the women's iron as well... I too have heard great things about them though so will continue to try them out..

Wouldn't let me update last night from home, apparently will only acknowledge my work computer.. anyways 6 KM yesterday, was hoping to run outside but was way to HOT, so the elliptical it was..
