I am too. I lost 10 lbs last month with just dieting alone. Now I'm eating a little bit more but working out 3 times a week and I've only lost maybe 2 lbs. Kinda wondering what the heck is going on with my body. I know I can't be gaining that much muscle? Hopefully will see more results in March.

That article was very helpful. I've been feeling guilty trying to get all that water down during the day. That's a LOT of water to be drinking.

I hear ya, my hubby had pizza and when I came home I couldn't help it. I felt so bad asked him to not bring home that stuff anymore because my will power is only so strong. We will both get back on track today! :)

I put dancing, fast for my Zumba class. That seems pretty accurate. We are dancing the whole time. LOL

32 years old started at 241 now 232.5. I'm build like a line backer and 150 is unrealistic for me so Id be happy with 180-200. Shoot I'm happy to have lost 9 lbs. When I was in tip top shape playing college ball I weighted 180. Happy to chat with others.
