I'm so excited too!! I just did 30 minutes of Cathe Fredrich's Kick, Punch, and Crunch. Woo that was a workout, but I feel wonderful!! I love the goal idea so here is mine: Goal #1 - Workout on Mon, Tue, Wed, and Fri for at least 30 minutes!! (off Thur, Sat, Sun) Goal #2 - DRINK WATER!!!

I would like to join! I am a 10 lb at a time kinda gal. That is what keeps me motivated is the little goals that lead up to the big one! I am yo-yo'ing between 160 - 158 right now. GOOD JOB everyone!!! I don't post often, but I've kept this challenge with me the whole time. I lost count of exercise days, but I exercise around 4 times a week. I signed up to lose 10 lbs during this challenge and as of this morning I've lost 12!!! YAY for us all!

Just checking in...have 2 sick babies onm my hands. :( I am down 2 more lbs this week. Did not exercise at all over the past 4 days!! So my goal this week is exercise everyday! Current weight 181!! Almost out of these 180's for forever!!! 3 more lbs to meet my goal for this challenge yay!

Plateau's suck!! I was in one for like 3 weeks. Then I upped my cals and my exercise, now I'm doing better. Don't give up ladies. trial and error. :) We can all do this!!! I used to have a diet coke problem...baddd. LOL Now I start my day with lots of black cofee. ( I usually drink 6 - 8 cups in the morning). Then it's off to water...all day. Losing pregnancy weight here too, and then some. I gained over 40 lbs though. Blah.... My weigh in days are Monday...last monday I was still 8 lbs away from pre-preggo weight. But I need to lose between 40 to 60 more lbs after that to be in my healthy weight category. (120 - 140). Good luck ladies!

I was doing this same thing on 1200 cals. I uped my intake to between 1400 - 1600 and am losing again! Also, keep measurements of yourself. It's surprising how you can lose inches and not numbers. GL!
