  • I agree. I read the book a couple of years ago and if I remember correctly, alot of the diet was vegan based. I'm a vegetarian but I could not pull off a vegan diet.

  • Hi, I try to go for a minimum of 5 days/week but really strive for 6-7 I like to do an hour of cardio. I used to use a lack of time as an excuse not to go. Now, even if I only have 30 minutes, I will go as it is better than nothing at all. You're doing a great job with your 15 pounds! Congrats! Ellie

  • A friend of mine has a great quote: "You will never regret working out but you will regret not working out." I play this through my head when I'd rather not do anything. She also says "Are you working out to get healthy or are you working out so you can eat?" Her words have helped me alot. Good luck!!!!:smile:
