Hi,
Maybe go out for a walk. I believe exercise releases seratonin and dopamine in the brain which will make you feel happier. Also, I have a friend who says "you won't regret working out but you will regret not working out." So true.
I also find string cheese as a yummy snack that I won't binge on. If you love cheese like me, swiss cheese has about 70 calories a slice and cheddar has I think double that. I've switched to swiss.
Hope this helps. Yea for you!!!!0 -
drink water all the time! before, after...it will rehydrate you and make your skin fantastic! Now that I think of it...i am going to get a glass myself!!0
