I am on D9 L1. So far I am down 2 pounds, but I am also doing cardio (running or eliptical 4-5 times per week). I absolutely love this workout and getting quite noticeable changes already!!!!

Are you hungry or just wanting to eat your exercise calories. If you are hungry, you should definitely eat them, but don't force the food down your throat. As long as you are eatting a minimum of 1200 you are OK

It's hard to say that eating "x,y, and z" will fix your problem. Everybody is a little different and you will have to find what works for you. For me, drinking a full bottle of Powerade Zero and chewing gum helps a ton. The powerade has zero calories and good to balance out the amount of water you drink. Broccoli also will…

I agree with the above. You are way way low on protien. Try getting closer to your goal and stay within your range. I think you will notice a difference.

As long as you are in your calorie range, it doesn't matter what time you eat. That has always been my belief. For me, if I'm hungry in the middle of the night, I will eat a bowl of cereal, yogurt, granola bar, or something. I just put it in my calorie calculator. Diet Soda is delicious!!!!! They say you have a higher chance of becoming overweight when you get older when you drink diet soda. Sounds like a bunch of craziness to me.

I eat at minimum 4 times a day. Breakfast Lunch 1 Lunch 2 Dinner And usually 2-3 snacks!

i put in my vitamin c and calcium *when i take it* the 2 of those are 40 calories! should be able to search it, if not you can add it.

Hello Hello Yesterday I completed D4L1 and a 3 mile run. Today D5L1 complete and happy to say the side lunges w/anterior raises are getting much easier !!! Keep up the good work !!!!

If you like this, you should try: Cut up fuji apple Peanut Butter Tortilla Spread peanut butter on tortilla and place cut up apple pieces on top. Wrap like a burrito and enjoy!! It is delicious and a great breakfast or snack!!!

Oh Yes, I don't think you should move to the next level until you are comfortable and able to do each exercise completely and correctly.

No - I only count the calories from exercise. Currently I am doing the 30 Day Shred which I DO NOT log in at all. I do however, log in the cardio I do after work, whether it be running or the elipitical trainer. I will allow myself to eat those calories burned if I am hungry, but right now I'm struggling to eat just my…
