Hun - It happens to all of us. Just last week, I went well over 1700 calories over my daily goal. Instead of kicking myself in the *kitten*, I just enjoyed the food and told myself I deserve it now and then and started good the next day. There is no special trick, just gotta do it!!

I 100% absolutely belive that avacdo is worth the calories and fat. It is high in both, but extremely good for you. Just have to eat in moderation and watch serving sizes. On sandwiches, it makes a great substitue for mayo!

Well I eat late nite snacks probably 5 out of 7 nights, I just make sure to log it in my diary. you can always use the fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, 2% cheese, and leave out the bacon. That will save you a lot of calories. Also - bear creek has a great potato soup (comes in a green bag and just need to add water) its delicious and pretty good in the calorie department. Should be able to find it down the…

Oh yes, I love the BBQ RIBLETS :) They are delicious in salads, mixed with broccoli, on a sandwich w/cheese!!! MMMMMM I've also had their sausage patties, they are pretty good.

Careful with this one, depending on the type of alcohol, a shot of liquor can have more calories than beer - sometimes A LOT more calories!
