I'm so sorry to hear about your mam. Glad its spurring you to take action too though Have a look at the GI and GL diets. They have been used widely with diabetics to help stabilise blood sugar levels, to prevent the peaks and troughs of energy associated with varying insulin levels. Its very easy to follow…

You can, but not all calories are created equal. Some are referred to as empty cals. These give you no additional nutritional value. You can eat a more substantial diet if you pick your calories wisley. Personaly I've never ruled anything out. Its all about moderation. A lifestyle change needs to be sustainable

I was going to say the same thing. What does he do when he follows you out? that situation could easily escalate, especially if there is no one else around. Be cautious. If you can't speak to the guy himself, maybe have a word with the managers and point out you've noticed him following you. Also tell your mam to be as…

I agree. Give yourself time to heal. Could you ask the doctor to refer you to a physio that could give you some good ideas that would limit further risk of injury?

I would think that to mean that, if dating ever came about, the man would always be second best to the gaggle of friends. It'd be worse than having to pass the dad approval test. Suppose its the same as the how a female would view, "I'm a big football fan and have a season ticket and go to every game, home and away" - kiss…

I've never managed to find canned pumpkin either

Wow that was interesting BMI - 20 lower BMI than 91% of females aged 30-44 in my country Lower BMI than 74% of females aged 30-44 in the world Interesting fact:- If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would remove 40,649,102 tonnes fromthe total weight of the world's population I am more similar to someone…

Oh yes, I am as pale as a frozen chicken, always have been, always will be. I like being pale, although on odd occasions I get the urge to lightly fake tan. Same as I do to change my hair colour. I have had all hair colours from black, purple black, blonde and now copper and pale looks good with all. I don't let it stop me…

I really do LOVE chicken and eggs but they get pretty dull after a while regardless of how you dress them up lol saying that, I could eat omlettes every day till I die and be relatively happy
