Oh yes I'm a good old english pint drinker. Partial to a nice stout or bitter. I definately can't hold as much since my weight loss though but I can still drink my share
-
you guys should check out nerdfitness.com. Its awesome, he writes all his blogs nerd style, referencing star wars, marvel superheros etc to make his points. Their forums are full of nerdy jocks

God loves a trier though eh. At least he thought enough of you to pretend he was what you wanted
-
my ideal too. Lets just say I've been single for a while lol
-
How about nerdy jocks. Those that surprise you with their nerdyness when their appearance would suggest otherwise

I'm so sorry for your loss. It's so hard to lose a pet. I have two cats of my own and would be lost without them. I still miss the cats I had when I was younger too.
-
Hell yeah. A lifestyle change has to be maintainable and a life without alcohol would just be a sorry existance in my view *says she enjoying a bottle of bud right now*
-
Wow is all I can say to that. I will definately have to look in to it now
-
I've fancied an activity holiday for a while but don't have the balls to go alone
-

I get my shakes from optimum nutrition too. Reasonable priced, great protein content and fast delivery. I only get my vitamins from H&B
-
I really found rick Gallop - GI Diet to be really easy to follow and really informative about good food choices. The traffic light system it uses easily highlights which foods to avoid and there are some surprises in there too
-
mine too lol
-
I would suggest ditch the crunch and try a plank. Or like someone said have a check on youtube videos for your form
-
Me too. Although I don't "diet" any day, I just aim to eat a blanced diet within my macros
-
I'm the same with Cherry Coke. All I can taste now is the insane amount of sugar in it and the diet just doesn't cut it taste wise. It's a bit sad since that has been my favourite drink for like forever
-
how's doing pull ups with his fingertips?!?!
-
Totally agree. Although from reading so far SideSteal seems to have a fair number of mentions and looks like he's in the lead
-
I wanted to post about starting a new routine tonight so my pals would help me stay accountable and not blow it off for a beer garden in the sun

I say go for your date. Who knows it might even show you that actually you don't still have the kind of feelings for your ex you feel you do right now. Someone else's company will be good for you. What's the worst that can happen? If he makes a move and you don't want it then politely decline

bump

I do this too :) I also add in a 1/2 tsp of flaxseed.
-
I third this too. Last week I was getting the lightheaded dizzy feeling and when I went back and looked over my diary for the past few weeks I was always under goal by a good few hundred cals and worse on exercise days. I've made a concious effort this week to eat "at least" my goal intake and I feel much better, have more…
-
It's all relative to your goals. Personally I've never cut anything out of my diet (I have also been doing this for a year or so) and I have never felt deprived or hungry. As long as your cals out are greater than your cals in, for basic weightloss what the food is is not so relevant
