Thanks for the input everyone! I too think they (CL, etc) are strong and add more water than what the directions say. I have a hard time surviving without caffeine, so it sounds like I need to be drinking even more water. ;(

Same here! I'm new to this whole MFP thing. I too am a mom and a once athlete. I've started running, and it's the only exercise I can do at 6am before my hubby leaves for work. (Our small town doesn't have a gym that opens that early or has childcare) It's not like sports, but it'll have to do. :)
