I feel the same way. The little comments are what keeps us going. A few people I have as friends are what brought me back when I slipped and fell off the wagon. I am back now and starting again. I am also pear shaped. Keep exercising and eating right and it will come together. First to gain last to lose theory I guess. I would gear my workout for the lower body. When I lost weight before I walked/ran on my treadmill. It firms up the lower part of your body while you loose. Keep it up it will come around.

What is wrong with walking? You can walk easier and when you start to lose weight you can increase your speed. And walking is just as good for you. Start slow. Walking is better than doing nothing.

Sounds like hemiroids.(Spelling) If they were bad( or internal) they could bleed. Also medications could have damaged something inside. Never play around when there is blood involved. Go to the doctor. Hope everything comes out okay. pardon the pun!!

There is already a deficit built into your 1200 calories. So in reality you don't need to eat all of them back. i can't remember exactly what the deficit is..I think its about 90 calories a day. If you eat back about 2/3 of what you exercise you will be okay. But I wouldn't stress over it. just do your best. Sometimes…

Almonds are a good way to get the calories in and are good for you. A pure protein bar is like eating a candy bar and is 200 calories and 7 protein. Great before a workout. Sounds like you are doing well.

I eat pure protein bars because I am not a breakfast eater. It's 200 calories and keeps you full till lunch. They are pretty tasty and have about 5 flavors. They also give you a good amount of protein. You should try them.

It looks good but as Manda said you might want to type it in to make sure it's not to low in calories. Also if your working out in the morning you might want to add a banana for the potassium. You don't want to get light headed during your workout. Good luck and happy healthy eating!!

I am the same way. A steady 4MPH is a bit much at this point. What you need to do it do short sprints of 4 MPH (about 1 minute) about every ten minutes of your workout. If your only eating 1200 and your burning 1000 your not feeding your body enough. When you burn that many calories you need to eat more. 1200 calories should be your minimum after your workouts. Try eating more. At least try to eat half of those calories back if not more. You should see them drop back off.

Turkey without the skin (white meat) Sweet potatoes are good for you if you like those. Just eat smaller portions like you would a regular meal. Veggies are good for you. Don't deprive yourself just eat in moderation and enjoy!

We all have ups and downs. It isn't something that happens over night. It actually takes 6 weeks to break a bad habit. (heard that on Dr. Oz show). I eat what I want but in smaller quantities so I don't feel deprived. You can do it just start again. That's the nice thing. You can restart Anytime you want.

Did you start out by measuring yourself? It is a bigger indicator if you have lost. It will tell you in inches. If you make your diary open people could help you better by suggesting what you might be doing right or wrong. Just keep working at it. I'm sure it will come off if you are being truthful to yourself.

Personally I would go with the grain bread. It may be more calories but better for you in the long run. The honey wheat might have more sugars. I love Honey wheat to but I eat whole wheat now.

Your the one that is in control. Just eat half of what is on the plate and you will have done better than you thought you would. You can do it if you put your mind to it.

Did you weigh at the same time of day. I always weigh in the morning first thing. Same time every day with no cloths. If you weigh later in the day it could vary by 2 to 3 pounds. Cloths can weigh that alone. Also after you eat it changes. Other than that things happen and it will vary. Don't sweat it. I'm sure your doing…
