  • I weigh every day same time in the morning. Yes weight can fluctuate. Time of month,water weight etc. BUT keeping that in mind I can keep myself in check if I see the weight creeping up higher than normal.

  • I have a friend that is a fitness trainer. I once told her I could not do push ups and she gave me this tip. Start off doing your push ups off the wall standing up. It sounds weird but its a good start.

  • The elliptical is sopose to burn more calories. Can you adjust your elliptical to a harder workout? Maybe just use both. Alternate your workout.

  • Please don't listen to the person who says not to go to the doctor. You can go low on blood sugar for many reasons diabetes being one of them.   • When I managed a pharmacy several customers had told me it was okay but if you eat any fat (AT ALL ) you get diarrhea and runny stools. They stopped using it because of it.

  • In my opinion you need to try a new doctor. There are many drugs. I think your doctor didn't work hard enough for you. My mother had issues for years until she found the right doctor. It made all the difference. Good Luck
