Zumba. There is nothing as much fun as Zumba. Nothing. I'd probably do it even it only burned a few calories. But I lost weight faster with Zumba than with anything else I've tried, except for running. But running is not fun.

Ditch the workout, join the party!!

^^THIS!! Zumba is sooooooo fun as long as you have a good instructor (I've never used the DVDs or Wii). Bad instructors make it not as fun unfortunately. I also really enjoy my Turbo Kick fitness class too. So fun!
  • I love the elliptical. It gives me a good workout and it's fun. I feel like I'm skating!
  • Swimming! I don't get to it much because it takes a lot of effort, and it's easier to run or go to my taekwondo class or weight train at home...but I will always be a swimmer at heart. <3

Yes I forgot about swimming ,,,, I loooooooovvvvveeeee swimming . I could tread water for hours but I never feel like I get exercise out if it. When I exercise on my treadmill or do yoga my body aches for days after. I could go swimming for hours on end though and feel nothing after. I don't get it

I loooooooove step aerobics. It's old, yes but god I love it! I know all the steps and I'm a pro at it too.
And as of recently, running. I've been running once or twice a week now and I am falling in love more each time.

Walking. Even if it doesn't burn the most calories, it does so much more. Clears my head, relaxes and calms me, makes me sleep like a baby. I love knowing how far I've walked, different places I could make it to distance-wise. For instance, I walked well over 100 miles December. That would have taken me from the Washington, DC area to the Atlantic Ocean (Ocean City, MD). After a foot injury I'm finally on my way back.
  • yoga. and running.

I get into a big TurboJam mood sometimes too.

Gotta be cycling, the feeling of speed when you push it, walking is just too slow.
