I see two sides to this diet. One if it seems impossible to do you won't stick with it. But I have heard people say that giving up grains and dairy are good for digestion and allergies if you have them. Legumes on the other hand are good protein. So hard to say.

Your body might be trying to tell you something. If you want something that bad just eat a small amount so you don't crave it so much. And for heavens sakes REST. Your body needs it when your sick.

I am addicted to my scale But to me it keeps me in check. I don't change things if it hasn't moved but if I gain to much I check myself. I also go by how my cloths fit. But I do step on it every day good or bad who knows.

I would suggest cutting out the bread and pasta. I know when I eat bread it totally stalls my weight loss. Eat more protein before workouts. I think this would help.

I take nothing. I should take iron and Vitamin D but haven't really ever taken it. I really don't want to drudge out extra pills every day just to be fit. It seems to me to be the opposite of healthy, Not that it's right but just the way my mind works!
