  • After my father had his bypass surgery they recommended no more then 2000mg of salt. I basically go by that and don't add salt to anything. There is enough in your everyday food.

  • Yes eating to few calories puts your body into starvation mode. The longer you do it the harder it will be to start losing again. Eat at least 1200 calories. Did you put your info in to set your goal? Do that and it will be fairly accurate.
