The best thing to do is ask your Doctor who did your blood work. She can tell you what might have made it go up and what you can do about it. Just watch what is in your food as well as what you cook it in.

I won't lie sometimes the saggy skin stays. You are young which helps but saggy skin is just skin that was stretched beyond its boundary. Sometimes toning exercises help but usually while your losing it. Don't let it over shadow your accomplishment. You did great and you should be proud.

I also bought the firm years ago and never really used it. I just recently pulled it out. I use the weights with other workouts. Sunkist almonds with sea salt. They have been life savers. Also 100 calorie pack cheez its. When I can't think of what I want for a meal I eat pure protein bars. They are tasty and filling.
