heat them up and eat em with a spoon. Love them!

I don't know, from what I see it's mainly all saturated fat. It's what movie theatres use to make their popcorn. Can't imagine it being THAT healthy.
-
I typically always have a snack at night. I try to leave myself the calories to do so. Normally it ends up being chips & salsa or ice cream.
-
I believe it's because there is no accepted recommended number to shoot for for poly and mono.

For weight loss I firmly believe a calorie is a calorie. However, you're going to be depriving yourself of vital nutrients if you prefer to just eat junk food.
-
When you think about it though, all of those foods you listed are cheap. Not surprising really.

Which may be true in some instances. I go to my cardiologist for checkups. I was 66 lbs down since my last appointment and the weight loss hadn't made any significant effect on my blood pressure. Some of it's just genetics. In fact, they're discussing the potential for additional medication. But sure, it's a good idea to…

Not a food, but why oh why did Snapple discontinue it's soda line. I've always got a hankering for some Cherry Lime Rickey ...*sigh*

Ain't is awesome when you start to see and feel the results of your hard work? Way to go! :)

Heavy metal for the most part. Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, old Metallica.

I don't know. But does it specify what kind of beef to use? If it doesn't I would assume you need to calculate the beef separately.

Agreed

I often times don't meet the 8 cups, but can certainly tell when I'm getting sufficient water. By dinner time I'm usually done drinking water. I count tea that I brew at home toward my water, but it's not a majority of my intake.
-
Generally tomato and onion slices that I put on my sandwiches. I just don't find it significant enough to worry about.
-
Whatever works for you. I tend to save a majority of calories for dinner and an evening snack. But you might find that 400 for each meals works for you.
-
I think that might stem from the fact that there is no recommended daily # of Poly or Mono. I think that it's probably a good thing if the majority of your fat intake was comprised of these rather than saturated or trans.

Not a whole lot. Usually a bowl of cereal, sometimes yogurt. Typically 300 cals of less in total.

Perhaps she's getting the idea from the idea from the red negative numbers on the app?

I probably won't pig out, per say, but will definitely be eating things I typically don't. I'm not going to stress at all about keeping on track.

I got a 20-25 dollar Taylor at Wal-mart. Been working great for me.

I love soda, but it's worthless calories. I hate drinking my calories.

Good source of healthy fats.

I'm in Northern VA. Get it at a Harris Teeter grocery store.

Boar's Head does make a no salt added turkey. comes in at about 50mg per 2oz. Keep in mind it won't taste like the other varieties, but I've gotten used to it. Pair that with swiss cheese and it's rather low in sodium especially compared to everything else.

I count tea. There's not enough caffeine to make dehydration an issue. It's still water. It doesn't magically disappear because caffeine is added to it.

I haven't kicked the soda habit and don't plan too, but I did find it useful to purchase cans rather than bottles. I tend to drink more just because it's available. If I only have 12oz in front of me, it's all I end up drinking. It's helped to drastically reduce my intake.

No program. Simply eat less, exercise more.
