  • You should eat breakfast that is high in fiber and protein.....it has a tendency to make you fill fuller throughout the day. The reality is it doesn't matter to me the most important thing I do is schedule when and what I am going to eat.

  • 4 pounds while on the low side isn't bad....the ideal situation is to lose 1 pound per week. People who lose it fast usually gain it back losing it slowly will be better in the long run
