Best place to but the spinach that I have found is Costco...around $4.50 for a 2 1/2 lb bag. I love : 8oz almond milk 3 cups spinach 1 pear 1 banana 1 cup frozen blueberries ice DELICIOUS!!!

Me too! So I had fruit for breakfast! Smoothie, made with 1 Cup Almond Milk, 1 Cup frest cut Pineapple, 12 Meduim Strawberries, 3 Cups of Spinach and a small banana (with ice of course) ...super YUM!!!

I agree - processed foods = bad...if you want to put on weight I would recommend snacking on nuts and avocodo!

Had mine out about 18 months ago...I can eat fried foods, but only if I'm willing to pay! For the most part if it's fried, it's going to rip my guts up! :(

Have a chocolate shake: 1 Cup Almond Milk 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut or Almond Butter 1 Banana 1 Cup Ice Blend it all up in a blender...it's delish!

Yes, I always eat my calories back! But, no junk...for instance if I earn back 400 calories, I splurge on a smoothie: 1 Cup Almond Milk, 2 Cups Fresh Spinach, 1 Banana and 10 Large Strawberries....you can't even taste the spinach, I promise!!!

Eating LOTS of fruit and veggies, very VERY little processed foods. Weight loss is coming along nicely AND I feel great! I do tend to go "off" diet on the weekends and still allow myself to have pizza....it's my one true love, other than my husband, of course.

It's not about a size...it's about lumps and jiggle....if you are lumpy and you jiggle when you walk, you should def have some "control" going on. A bikini offers none. ;)

I add lemon wedges and a sliced strawberry....yummy. You know, if you eat LOTS of fruit and veggies you won't need to drink as much water ;)

Veggies, veggies and more veggies!!! You can eat tons, they hardly have any calories, many are even negative calories and I don't know about your parents, but as a parent myself while I may say "No, I won't buy you a bag of chips." I NEVER say "No, I won't buy you a bag of carrots." !!

I have it and really enjoy it. Prior to getting Rush last week I was using Dance Central 1&2 to do workouts. The Zumba is a much more strenuous workout than the dance games in my opinion and it does take a larger space. I push all my furniture out of the way and still bang my ankles on the couch a few times :(. Tons of fun…

If you have not already purchased, consider the Xbox Kinect as well. I have both and get a MUCH better (by better I mean more strenuous) workout on the Kinect than the Wii. Just FYI :)

1/4 cup whole oats cooked with 1/2 cup water...it only takes 5 minutes in the microwave...then I add a granny smith apple chopped, 1 Tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts and 1/2 tsp cinnamon... super filling....I usually can't finish it!m - 238 calories...

Have you gone from eating lots of processed foods to lots of whole foods? Your "hunger symptoms" sound like you could be going through withdrawl from the processed foods too....just a thought.

FYI if you are using butter to keep a pan slick for eggs, always use unsalted. The salt in salted butter encourages sticking.
