I used to barely drink any water, then I started buying 2L bottles of Evian in bulk and now I pretty much drink 3/4L a day.

Up to you how you do it, but I tend to do 3 workouts a week at just over an hour a piece. I tend to burn about 1000 calories doing this so works quite well. Just don't work your body too hard.

Depends on your exercise program largely, you could be eating less but if you're doing muscle work than you're going to be gaining muscle mass (Muscle has a much higher mass than fat). If you JUST want to lose size AND weight, then avoid muscle work for the time being and just go for cardio work (treadmill, elliptical…

I currently take an A-Z multivitamin and Cod Liver Oil.. Although after that comment of it lowering your blood pressure I probably shouldn't take it, as I've had low blood pressure most of my life.
