Weight Goal: Lose 12lbs by 2/29 putting me at 182lbs (aggressive 3lb per week goal)
Weight This AM: 198lbs.
Summary of Plan: Following a 1200 calorie gluten-free vegan diet for most part avoiding alcohol and sugar and doing an hour of cardio per day (0dd days jog/walk, even days elliptical trainer)
~On Wednesday's each person will weigh in, update measurements (optional) and give an update on their progress.

I love how many are participating!! I would love to join! I weighed in this morning at 163 my goal is to be at a solid 150 by the end of this month! My meal plan involves 1200-1400 calories of lots of fruits and veggies, healthy protein smoothies , some raw almonds here and there and a light dinner with a protein like chicken or salmon with veggies. I need to push myself to actually go to the gym at least 2-3 days a week. It's just too easy to make excuses because of work and school but with the bfs support and this community I need to step it up!!!!

I'm hoping to lose this weight for my health and any help would be appreciated. I really don't have a meal plan just watching what I eat and I am down to between 1200- 1600 calories a day.
