    I workout 4-5 days a week. Mostly cardio. Try to eat healthy and count my calories. :)

    count me in! I'm 5ft4in and weigh 142.5 lbs. I'm a runner, so I think I'll increase my running to help. My goal for the month: be back in the 130s.

    I'm pretty active, I workout 6 times a week, I run 3 times a week doing the C25K and I also do P90X everyday!!

    I would like to lose 5 pounds this month so my goal for Feb is 147.
    Going to start going to the gym on a regular basis again and try to get my eating back under control.

    Im in..my current weight is 192 wanna get down to 180 by the end of Feb. ..plan on eating lots of fish and steamed veggies..gonna step up my weekend jogs and plan on playing alot of just dance 3..well good luck to all ..

    I'm in! Doing the 30 Day Shred and keeping my calories at 1200, I usually weigh in on Thursdays but Wednesdays are cool with me.. Good Luck Everyone!

    I'm in. I broke my ankle and needed surgery the week of Thanksgiving and just got the "all clear" from the doctor to resume normal activity so a challenge is just what I need (I gained 9lbs since then). I would like to lose 5lbs

    My fitness plan will be exercising 5x/week. Combination of Cardio/Weight training classes.
    Going to take advantage of the nice weather we're getting in NY this week and walking home from the train station. It's about a 35 minute powerwalk.
