  • LOVE ZUMBA!!! I usually do the 20 minute 3 times! I've tried the 55 or 60 minutes ones, and I like the 20 minute better! I don't have a heart rate monitor, so I just log it as high impact aerobics. I alternate between that bike riding and walking. I've done more Zumba this Summer because it is just sooo hot outside!
