go to the tools section in mfp (beside of reports and community) there is a place to calculate your bmr. Although my mfp says I should eat 1200 calroeis, I try to eat what my bmr is! yep make mine the same way but instead of black olives i use fresh mushrooms and onions. And I use fat free shredded mozarella!! It's Yummy!! And I have found that for some reason it is better grilled on the grill than baked in theoven!!

My girls have dance on Monday, and every Monday its Subway 6" turkey on wheat with spinach, red onion and mustard with baked barbeques lays and apples. But I will admit that this past Monday I tried the Turkey and Ham. It was good!! And the same amount of calories!!

I definetly think walking counts as an exercise. That is all I would do at first! And that 1st week I lost 9lbs. Hey I also changed from white to wheat. But at 1st I would just do the 1 mile Susan Samsone. Now I do more, but walking is definetly an exercise, and it's free!! And if it's outside it's fresh air!!
