  • If you're a fan of muesli bars, go the Special K 100cal bars. They're better than a lot of the muesli/granola/nut and fruit and honey bars out there.
  • Rye Cruskits, low cal low sodium. Fresh fruit, almonds, little cans of tuna, baked sweet potato fries - if you take your lunch they keep really well in the fridge! hard boiled eggs, raw carrots and beans with a little honey.
