Rye Cruskits, low cal low sodium. Fresh fruit, almonds, little cans of tuna, baked sweet potato fries - if you take your lunch they keep really well in the fridge! hard boiled eggs, raw carrots and beans with a little honey.0

If you're a fan of muesli bars, go the Special K 100cal bars. They're better than a lot of the muesli/granola/nut and fruit and honey bars out there.0

My new thing is sugar snap peas. You can eat a whole mound for only 35 Calories.
I also snack on organic whole (not baby) carrots with the skin on. Both are cheap.
For a non veggie snack i reach for Kashi bars or Stonyfield Farms Oikos (different than Dannon oikos) Greek Yogurt. They dont have any weird ingredients. Not sure what your price limit is, so these might be out.0 -
If you're really adventurous, radishes and yellow summer squash are good raw or dipped in something like hummus0
