  • This exactly... Calories in vs. calories out. Overall, the majority of people will lose weight if they are in a healthy calorie deficit. I say majority because there are those with medical issues that may prevent them from losing weight. Go without the supplements.
  • Drinking more water does help with bloating and puffiness. Drink, drink drink, and then drink some more. Also, watch your sodium intake. I did a quick google search on "water retention" there is a lot of information. I suggest doing some research as I am not one that will explain it the best :)
