SOOOOOO bummed. I lost 1lb. I thought it would be more. At least 2 lb. I feel a little discourage however, on a positive note I feel like I look a whole lot leaner and someone commented about it at the gym as well. I just have to keep going. Diet has been good and gym has been good. Lets keep going!!!!

I think that you should get a snack in post work out for muscle recovery. Carbs for the replenishment of glycogen stores; and lean protein to help repair muscle tissue. Great post! I love that I love going to the gym and to miss a workout does in up with regret. I do watch TV and I was watching Big Brother and the contestants were shown working out and it made me want to go work out. Even though I had already been haha!

I basically tell myself I have to make it to my "appointment". If you had a trainer you would show up wel in this case you are your own trainer. Like the few posts above me, go for at least 20 minutes and when you are there its SOOOOO much easier to stay there to complete a full workout. I also watch motivational YouTube…

So I weighed in at 170lb onb April 2nd and on following Tuesday (April 9, 2013) I was 166. Diet has been spot on and gym has been great. Energy levels are up! I have 6 more lbs to go until the end of April. My original goal is to lose 15 lb by end of May. IT WILL BE DONE!!!!!!!!

ButI dont think she can win the argument that its not a clean food. Do you? Some people would use margarine (because they can make "light" versions of it in place of the butter.) If you are eating clean and making a cake from scratch you would use butter not margarine and (in my opion) you are still eating clean.

I think for the last 4 years I have been eating eggs everyday for breakfast. Depending on how i feel or if I"ve gone to Costco i'll have more egg whites Usually 3 eggs.
