I like the Larabar for the same reason as the PPs. They are all natural and have very few ingerdients. Their flavors are good too! Higher in cals but no sodium!!!

I made this last night-YUMMY!!! Even better was the fact that it was approved by my 3 year old son!! I changed a few things-like using no-salt added diced tomatoes, mozza cheese, and made my own salt-free taco seasoning. It was bery good, and with a few modifications, a bit healthier! Thank yoU!

Hi everyone- I stayed the same this week...198.4. I managed to get 3 days of exercise at 30 mins each this week. So 90 mins total. I always get 8+ glasses of water so that isn't a problem. I had a lot of new things happening this week, so I am happy that I stayed the same and didn't gain.

I say why not? As long as you are within your calorie and nutritional limits it would be fine. When DH is home, we go for ice cream a lot.
