  • I do! I use the GNC total lean protein with the starbucks powdered coffee. It is very good hot but even better blended with ice. I'll take one scoop of vanilla and one of the chocolate then 1 cup of water and the coffee powder add ice then throw it into my magic bullet to blend.
  • I usually eat two eggs with a pinch of shredded cheese in a low carb/ high fiber wrap. I eat around 7 and I'm not really hungry again until at least noon. The whole thing is 245 calories. My experience is that the more protein I eat the longer I'm satsified.
