  • Have you tried freezing them? I read an article that said that it helped people because the pill unthawed in the the digestive tract helping eliminate things like that. I take a lot of fish oil and I don't have that problem so I've never done to tell you if if really works or not.

  • I workout 6-7 day a week, currently I do Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 5-6 days with 30-45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical and two days a week I have roller derby practice for 3 hours. I typically do the Jillan workout on derby days but not the extra cardio and I do try to have one day a week of rest but not always.

  • I use 3 ,5 and sometimes 8 lb weights. Also you need a mat ( yoga type) if you don't have carpet where you are working out.
