I agree. This month is the first time that I can say that I have "seen" change. I noticed clothes fitting differently and being able to tie my shoes easier weeks ago. But as far as looking in a mirror, I didn't see it.

Zumba is awesome in a class setting and there are so many of them around. Just go to Zumba.com to find a class near you.... I'm not sure I'd have as much fun as a DVD. But then again I've never tried it as a home workout.

Really any fluid without caffeine can be counted. Caffeine is a diuretic, meaning that if you drink enough of it it actually starts pulling water from your system. So I believe SOME green teas can be counted, just have to check if it's decaf or not.

bottom line is that if it's recommended for health reasons and overseen by a doctor then the diet is ok. This site is great for motivation and encouragement, but we are not doctors. So the question of if it's healthy or not should be answered by your doctor.

The library is a cool place to get DVD's. I have the Biggest Loser Workout right now, but have a zumba one on reserve. That way I can switch it up every 14 days and know IF I buy something that I will already like it. Plus your daughter will love going with you during the day.
