You dirtied a whole plate just for the little piece of chocolate? Your lunch does look yummy, though :)

They have some yoga on there, too...my IQ is full of every workout video I could find...love Netflix!

Egg white omelets with spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. I eat these pretty regularly, and they are well below 400 calories. I also add pico de gallo, and sometimes picante sauce on top. Ooooh, I can't wait until morning to make one! Here's an example of one:

Maybe the term is thrown around a lot, but even MFP (you know, the site you are using?) warns you if you don't eat enough when you log, telling you it is unhealthy...

I have rewards every day, and I have been consistently losing weight. I eat something "junky" at least once a day. I don't deprive myself or I could NEVER do this.

You are my hero!

It's simple. Keep your diary private from the people who have become your "friends" on here, and you will no longer be criticized. This is a public site, that promotes healthy weight loss, and I am sure this post will soon be deleted, because it is completely against all of MFP guidelines. If you are extremely obese, and…

I lost 30 lbs in just over 3 months. I have lost another 7 lbs in the last month. I can't wait to get to 50...but, I am taking things slow, as to keep it off easier.

Your body retains fluid when you do intense workouts, as a repair to your muscles, from what I have read.

Where did you come up with 1053?
-
I make egg white omelets all the time, with tons of veggies like spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions. Sometimes I will throw some turkey bacon in, and I always add cheese, and maybe pico de gallo or picante sauce.

Do you have MFP on your phone? If so, you can just scan it...also, if you are tracking other macronutrients like sodium, carbs, sugars, etc, you aren't getting all the info you need for that by adding the quick calories.
-
I log everything that goes in my mouth. Seasonings have calories, and can add up, as well as oils and veggies. My vitamins and supplements also have calories, as well as other macronutrients, so I log them, as well. If I use quick calories, I usually will do it if I can't find an exact amount, or if the scan code calories…
-
But, when you do that, you can't add in your macros...wouldn't it be just as easy to make it a recipe in your recipe box? Then, you will have exactly the amount of everything, and you can account for it by name. Just curious why you don't do it that way?

If you have been eating at such low levels for over a year, you have probably really destroyed your metabolism. I think you need to see a doctor, and probably a nutritionist, to try and repair your metabolism.

These all sound amazing! I am bumping for later!

Fantastic! Also - Go WIldcats! :) :drinker:

In the morning, after restroom, before food, before shower, naked. I usually have to be up 30 minutes or so before I go to the restroom, so it isn't right when I wake up. I weigh naked because my clothes weigh a lot! I am a very large chick, and my clothes are made from a lot of material. I have weighed myself a few times…

I am SUPER happy for you! You are doing so well! And, you are SO close to ONEderland! Yay! I am so glad that I found you on MFP, and I enjoy watching your awesome progress!

I like #2 and #4 the best, but agree that they are all cute! Oh, how I can't wait for a day that I can wear stuff like that...you look great!

I had that happen a few years ago, after going to a yoga class. I was SO embarrassed, and never went back...I actually only went back to that gym a few times after, because I felt like some of the people that were at the yoga class were still judging me. At my current gym, I have pretty much stuck to cardio machine and…

Yes, he was very happy to have me with him.

This sounds really good. As soon as I can get to the store to get the ingredients, I know what I will be having for breakfast some morning.
-
Just don't add it...

I read the manual, after reading a lot of people talking about swimming with theirs on here, and it says you can wear it swimming, but not to push any buttons while it is under water. If you have questions, look up the manual online.

You might want to change your goal. Do you have it set to lose 2 lbs per week? If so, change it to 1 lb per week, and you will get more calories to eat. The smaller you are, the less you should try to lose in a week, anyway. Also, make sure your settings are correct on your normal activity level. All of those things factor…

I am glad you posted this, and glad you used your own personal experience to back it up. I posted something similar earlier, and got about 50% negative comments. Of course, yours was worded a lot different than mine, so I'm not surprised at the negative responses. Still, after you using your own experience, you are still…

The Polar FT4 is able to be used while swimming. You just can't push the buttons on the watch while it is under water.
-
I have a Polar FT4 and it meets everything you mentioned...and it really wasn't that expensive. The FT7 is a little higher, but also has a lot more bells and whistles.

Started at 324, and am now at 287. I am pretty motivated, although I don't kill myself by exercising. I do move a lot more than I used to, and it has helped me to lose weight. I also eat a lot better than I used to. I have lost 36 lbs since the end of January, this year.
