  • fill out the strength training section with all your exercises then go to cardio section and click strength training with the time you actually worked. Strength training is very difficult to calculate actual calories used as there is so many variables.

  • I reset my goals and ate less carbohydrates to increase my protein level to 100 gms daily. I did not lose too many carbs about 30 gms from memory but the increase in protein made me less hungry. Carbs and protein are the same calorie value so by adjusting to suit yourself it will not affect your daily quota.

  • Soak the brown rice in cold water over night. Drain and use fresh clean water to cook the next day. Always make sure brown rice is well cooked otherwise it is too harsh on your stomach.
