for all those that have been successful in losing weigh do you follow a specific eating program or do you eat to your calorie limit then stop. If you have a particular program could you fill me in on what has been successful for you. Thanks
how can I get my food diary to show extra items ie fibre and sodium. At present only calories,fat,carbs and protein are shown. I can see the extra categories in the weekly reports but would like a daily indication in the food diary.
