Health is another reason I'm trying to get lower, to help with High blood pressure, I went from stage one hypertension to being in the pre-hypertension stage w/o medication. The number continues to drop the more I progress.

5-6 days a week Mostly running anywhere between 3-5 miles. I hit a wall just running though so I recently added more strength training a few times a week. I follow various workouts on the Men's health fitness app. workouts last 45min to an hour.
