• Good morning everyone. Viv, thoughts and prayers are with you, your husband and family. Robin, good luck with back to work. I go back Nov.3rd. Congrats on your 7 lbs, that's awesome. Carol, thanks for the welcome. Just got a call from my mom. Surgeon wants to remove her kidney. The tumour is quite large and he said the…
• Hi all. I'm back yet again, but this time with more motivation! Just turned 50, husband had a serious workplace accident (machine flipped on it's side, husband knocked unconscious, fuel tank ruptured and caught fire) and he has now become very angry (taking it out on me), I've been off work for a month because of the…
• Alrighty, I'm in too. My plan is for 4 cups a day. After all these health issues, I'm 'starting again' and '50' is only a month and 1/2 away. Here we go! First cup now brewed. Heather.

• Was actually thinkin' about that...
• Great feedback! I guess it's a matter of personal choice that one has to try and figure out what works.
• Most grocery stores sell the pucks that you can throw into your front loader AND dishwasher to clean all the residue out of them. Also, leave the door open a crack to let it air out. I clean my front loader once a month with the pucks. MUCH nicer smelling!
• OMG, and then, when laying in bed, they come up to your face! If their paws touch you, WHERE HAVE THE PAWS BEEN???? I have small dogs that I think the same thing about. They have a litter box....
• Okay, now going to vacuum the mattress and boxspring! Thanks for that!
• We are ALL here to encourage you, but like PP's indicated, your doctor is a must! There are health concerns as well as other issues that CAN be overcome. Your doctor (if he or she is worth anything) will be able to HELP you as well with what to do and where to turn. Again, we'll all be here to encourage you whenever we can…
• Hand is giving me some issues, but I can manage to do level 1 without issues, using light weights. Level 2 I can't do at this point. MAN she kicked my butt today! Was quite tired today, but I got my shred, elliptical and dog walk in. Yay!
• It was tough today. Not much energy, but I finished my workout. yay
• I buy ripe fruit (berries) and freeze them on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then, I add the frozen berries to the 0% fat plain greek yogurt (Liberte) and blend it with my hand blender. If it's tart, like a PP said, add no sugar added jam. It comes out like a frozen yogurt. Delish!
• Time to get my butt in gear I think!
• You're SO not alone! I went back to level 1 today as I'm suffering with the after effects of my cold, hacking my head off!. Anyway, hang in there. This too shall pass like bad gas!!!
• I did it for my Dad today. He turns 82 today! Happy St. Patrick's Day Birthday Dad!!!
• We finally have some sun! Actually managed to get in level 2 of the 30 DS AND the elliptical! Now, heading out to help DH put the gutters and soffets onto the cover we just built over our back patio.
• Here's my 2 cents.

• I'm really loving this shred! Day 2 of level 2 and I think this is a video I want to continue doing as part of my fitness goals. I do have to try some of Jillian's other videos as well, but when hubby said "Wow, that workout is really working for you, you're looking great!", I KNEW I had to keep going! (heheheheh, now HE'S…
• I spent the first 10 days on level 1, now day 2 on level 2. Once we get to March 20th, I'll move to level 3. I found I really like both levels as they (obviously) have different exercises to offer that ALL kick butt! I think when I'm done the 30 days (well, an extra day in March), I'll just keep switching up the different…
• Absolutely! Everyone is right. It IS hard, it IS a challenge! But, as my mother always told me, nothing worth anything in life comes easy. You appreciate it much more when you work hard for whatever it is you want. I WILL push through this workout, I WILL get to the end of March and complete the 30 days and I WILL notice a…
• GREAT! Finished Day 10 of level 1, today is Day 11 of the shred, first day for level 2 and y'all have just really made my day about how difficult it is. I do love planks better than push-ups, I guess I'll just have to see how it goes. BUT, have been awake since 3:30 (which is actually 2:30 for my body because it's only the…
• Yikes! That sounds really painful! Nope, I don't have any issues like that, but I hope someone can offer suggestions for you! Good luck!!
• never mind, I found y'all!
• YAY!! Found y'all! Man, I go away for a weekend and the initial thread is locked! Found everyone though!
• Right on! I hope you are noticing it's a bit easier than Day 1. When hubby was working out with me for his very first time, Jillian just about KILLED him! I remembered feeling the same thing, but just kept encouraging him. Day 10 for me was SO much easier than Day 1. Keep on working out as it does truly get easier!!! I'll…
• Day 10 was great, last day for level 1. Tomorrow is day 11 and I'm onto level 2. SO, SO excited hubby has now joined me in the shred, is complaining about a woman whoopin' his butt, feels stiff and sore, but wants to keep it up during the week when he's in camp. He says he'll do the shred every day in camp and on the…
