Applebee's food has really high calories also. Even a half of a portion is outrageous. But the food is so yummy...... damned if I do, damned if I don't. lol....

I have had similar experiences. I know when I don't sweat I really don't lose any weight, but when I sweat I can see a definite increase in the weight loss. (Although many may say its just water weight loss, I have lost over 60 pounds and kept if off so far). I had to increase my water intake and also layer on clothes.…

I also use it and have found that there is a big discrepancy between MMW and MFP. I hope that MMW is accurate (It will make me feel a lot better). Sometimes I adjust the calories burned, but for the most part, I just let it sync with MFP.

I found a source that lists some low calorie veggies. Here are some examples. radish (small)- 0 calories, radish (medium-large)-1 calorie, lettuce (1 cup shredded)-5 calories, celery (7 1/2 inch stalk)-6 calories. Doesn't sound like a bunch of stuff you want to munch on 24 hours a day, but would make a great little salad.…

The total calories are 140 and 110 of those are coming from fat. Just count the 140 calories towards your daily calorie allowance.
