HELLO, I TOO JUST STARTED WELL ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I HAVE ALWAYS EXERCISED ABOUT 3 TIMES A WEEK. BUT I HAVE NOTICED THAT I NEED TO EXERCISE 5 TIMES A WEEK FOR 60 MINUTES.
