I am already not loosing but about 2 lbs a month if that so YES I will be giving it a try..I won't eat up to the 1779 just yet because I am coming from 1300 but I will be eating no less than 1622 (BMR) and highest 1700 for now..Ty for the positive reply!

Thanks for the advice. I started today and will never again be below my BMR of 1622 and shooting for 1700 calories a day. For some reason I feel this is going to be the fix for me not loosing on a consistent basis! :)

Thanks for the info..BMR is actually 1622 and TDEE-20% is 1779 so for now I am going to shoot for maybe 1650 a day I guess and not eat back exercise calories.

See that is what scares me because I am already loosing slow so doing TDEE-20% and I start loosing slower-scares me even more! :(

Funny but I was told LONG ago to drink more water during my TOM and that would flush me out and keep me from being so bloated during TOM and it works girl! I drink water like crazy during my TOM and it helps, but that is just me.

You are not alone in this! I am at 1300 calories and loose better when I don't eat back exercise calories. I tend to burn maybe 250-350 each exercise session and I never eat back those calories unless I am just starving and I will eat back some, but I don't loose if I eat them back. Everyone is different and some of us…

Chili's, Applebee's, TGIF, & Cheddar's-All have great meals for under that amount. Look them up :)

Same here!! I am 4'10 and not loosing right at 1300...I was told that I shld be eating above my BMR of 1637 and at my TDEE-20% which is 1801...I jst dnt knw that I can eat that much!! I am ok with 1300-it fills me!

It seems I was loosing ok until it really got into my system..I am not for sure but thinking I may have to change back to Celexa.

Not sure but I have been told the more you loose the less it comes off..Meaning you loose faster in the beginning then it slows down some.

I am curious to see the responses because of course TWIN I am the same..lol..I was told we shld eat atleast every 2 hours or 4 hrs...I normally try and snack/eat on something healthy every 2 hrs-2 1/2 hrs.

I have lost 5.5 lbs from Jan-March but still can tell I am loosing because of how my clothes fit and compliments I get...The scale has been mean to me lately...Good to see this post and see that I am NOT alone in this!! :)

I am always studying my food diary and trying to change out certain foods for others so that I am not in the red..Thanks for the info as i have learned more about protein and incorporated more of that starting last wk..I will focus more on calories & protein ;)

I thought being over on protein was ok but that it wasn't ok to be over on sodium, sugar, fat and carbs...Am I wrong??..But it is almost impossible to be under on everything..Hard enough being under on calories & I am making good choices like fruit, nuts, whey protein, egg etc..yea I am not always a perfect eater but even…
