Tdee-25%....Anyone?
I know that it is not recommended unless you have a massive amount of weight to lose but does anyone at all use the tdee-25% method and it work? I think the most recommended is tdee-20% but I do feel with me being 4ft 10 and currently 192 lbs, the 25% wouldn't be a bad route to go. I use the scooby calculator only.
